Sales & Marketing Manager

Start Date: TBD End Date: March 31, 2022

The Sales & marketing Manager will directly influence the growth of the company. You will be in charge of the marketing and advertising campaigns, reporting to a Director. A qualified candidate must have the ability to work independently. You will manage third party sales relationships (booking requests, travel questions, planning advice) and grow travel agency.

You’ll be tasked with projects to assist in the continued push towards becoming a digital company. From customer experience, growth and enhanced efficiencies. In order to do this successfully you need to be able to work on the fly, be creative, solution oriented, verse with digital media and applications and well organized.

Key Duties: A few of the daily tasks you’ll oversee or support our team with.

  • Support email and phone inquiries. Assist with 2022 reservations.

    • Customer service is our #1 priority.

  • Translate annual business objectives into successful visitor acquisition strategies.

  • Manage paid and organic digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Display, Social, and Email).

  • Write, review, edit, and update content for web, marketing materials, and social platforms.

  • Engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.

  • Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.

  • Employ a data-driven approach to planning campaigns across each channel and geography.

  • Effectively promote our Experiences & Travel Packages to new and existing tourism partners.

Profile: We’d prefer you to have a few of the following boxes ticked.

  • Experience in filming, marketing or editing software (adobe, etc).

  • Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.

  • The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
